Every part is packaged extremely well. Once fully assembled, the chair looks incredibly comfortable. After sitting in it for over an hour, I'm completely in love with my new chair. It's comfortable, supportive, easy to move around, and adjusts height effortlessly. I'm considering purchasing another one for my sewing room.

Do not buy this if you are looking for a chair with a forward tilt. The base does tilt forward via a simple mechanism but because this just raises the back of the base, it compromises the lumbar position of the seat back. The seat back is not height adjustable so the position of the lumbar area cannot be changed.

If you don't want the seat tilt function (which was my primary requirement), then the build and materials seem to be of a good quality.

The chair arrived very quickly after placing the order. It's very comfortable and looks and feels great. It has great options for adjusting the backrest and seat cushion. I particularly like that I will set the seat cushion to tilt forward when the backrest is in its default position, which I believe encourages good posture. When I use it, my lower back can feel good support.

I'm so glad I ordered this chair, I was struggling with shoulder pain and coccyx pain when working, the comfort and adjustability of this chair has definitely helped this already. I feel a lot less pressure on my lower back when working. It also looks great in my home office as well so nice to have a neutral chair rather than the typical black chair.

My husband bought me a new computer desk and I needed a chair to go with it. The chair shipping was fast and arrived within a day or two. Inside the package, there were simple instructions for assembly. The color of the chair matches my new computer desk perfectly. It's also space-saving, as I can push it under the desk when I'm not using it. The backrest provides good support, and with the forward tilt function of the seat, it allows me to maintain a healthy posture. Highly recommended!
